Highly recommended IQ Pest Solutions! When we moved into our home we had an issue with mice, so we signed up for the quarterly contract and haven’t seen one since. Dave and his employees are great!

These guys are great! We’re on the quarterly contract and know that we can contact Dave at any time if we have trouble. They are MUCH more affordable than those chain places for the dedicated service of a family business. They are taking care of ants, mice, spiders, centipedes, etc, and they “relocated” a groundhog for us, too. Andrew stopped by today unexpectedly but it’s not even that big a deal because they don’t mind our dodo (120lb pitty lapdog) who greeted him at the door. They are down to earth, friendly, affordable, and effective. You won’t be sorry going on the quarterly plan with IQ Pest Solutions!
Fantastic father-son company. I had already done some homeowner treatment of the interior, and they were very willing to tailor a custom treatment that built on what I had already done. I was surprised how thorough they were with the exterior treatment, identifying all the areas where critters might hide or find access. They took their time and did everything right. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their workmanship is excellent. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
They are very knowledgeable, professional, and sincerely concerned with the quality of their work. We used Ehrlich in the past, which left us unimpressed. These guys far outperformed Ehrlich, while their rates could not be more reasonable. Supporting this local family-owned business is not only a matter of pride, but makes good sense. Great work!!!
IQ Pest Solutions is a very professional, honest and quality oriented company offering many pest control solutions at a very affordable price. Dave is very friendly, respectful and treats your property as if it were his. He wears shoe covers if you have a “no shoes” policy and always cleans up before he leaves. I highly recommend IQ pest solutions for your residence or business.

We have been customers of IQ Pest Solutions since 2005, and we continue to use them because, not only do they do a great job, but more importantly they are extremely clean and friendly when they service our home. Our kids actually follow Dave around and pretend to be exterminators as well, and Dave talks to them and makes them laugh. Also, if we ever developed a pest problem between our quarterly treatments, Dave is out immediately to take care of it. Over the past 7 years we have been so pleased with the quality of work by IQ that we have referred close to 10 family members and friends to them, and they all still use IQ. I am in sales, and I know a referral is the best way to get business, and I will continue to use IQ as well as refer other family and friends to them. Keep up the great work!!!!!
Dave and Chris are the real deal. They are true professionals who are knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. I’ve been utilizing their service for 5+ years and they’ve been consistent with providing a high level of service. You will not find a better place in the valley for pest control.
